This kit is only compatible with the 40V Brushless 20 in. Mower. The Ryobi lawn mower, Ryobi lawn mower battery, and Ryobi charger for the lawn mower battery, are not included.

You can purchase those items from your local hardware store or online. The kit is non-invasive and requires no permanent modifications to the mower. The electrical system of this kit is separate from the mower, ensuring that the mower operates just like it is stock, with the only exception being a specially designed circular latch that comes with the kit to hold the lever and keep the blade on while you cut.
