At Justus Gadgets, we take pride in crafting high-quality custom products for our customers. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we only accept returns or replacements for defective products covered under our 1-Year Limited Warranty.
Returns & Replacements

Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged, malfunctioning, or with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace it at no cost.-
You must notify us within 7 days of discovering the defect and provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.).

Returns require prior approval—please contact our team to initiate the process.

Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.

1-Year Limited Warranty:
All products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers:-
Defects in materials or workmanship.

Issues arising from normal use.
The warranty does not cover: -
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care.

Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized parties.

Normal wear and tear.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our customer service team at [email/phone] within 7 days of discovering the defect.

Provide your order number, photos/video of the defect, and a brief description.

If approved, ship the item back using the provided instructions.

Once received, we’ll inspect the item and ship a replacement within 7 business days.
Exceptions

Custom Orders: Due to their personalized nature, non-defective custom items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Final Sale: All purchases are final unless the item is proven defective under warranty.
Shipping Costs

Defective Items: We cover return shipping costs for warranty-approved replacements.

Non-Defective Items: Returns for non-warranty reasons are not accepted.
